Most of the time when I am trying to come up with an idea for a free download on Hroot I take what is going on around me in my life at the time and try to convert it into an icon set in some way. For an example when first starting up Hroot I needed some social media icons so I created a set that worked for me and then put them up as a free download. Hence the “Social Media” icon set was created. The truth is that I started make the free downloads on Hroot because I like making icons and well, the free Desktop images came about because I really like having my desktop look nice. It really is that simple. I find the process of creating free downloads to be quite enjoyable and fun. But makes it even more worth wile is you, yes you post reader. When I get any kind of feed back (with the exception of spam) even the simple action of viewing a page inspires me on. So now when you go to download an icon set from Hroot you can know that the combination of something in my life and you "the downloader" where my inspiration.
